California Licensed Behavior Analyst

Providing case management for children on the autism spectrum, the full-time or part-time California Licensed Behavior Analyst will work remotely during Pacific Time Zone hours, focusing on data collection, parent training, and collaboration with a clinical team. Key responsibilities Manage case responsibilities for children ages 2-18 on the autism spectrum Utilize Central Reach for data collection and meet billable hour requirements Conduct intake assessments and provide mentorship to RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs Required qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Master's Degree in a relevant field Strong emphasis on integrity and ethics Demonstrated passion for client success Proven leadership skills
