Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Analyst

A company is looking for a Behavioral Analyst. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive client assessments and behavioral observations Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) in collaboration with clients and families Ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements while providing direct care services Required Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), psychology, social work, education, or counseling Active PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, or behavior specialist Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances Leadership/supervision experience preferred but not required
