As the Executive Chef / Executive Kitchen Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the kitchen operations, from menu development to food presentation, ensuring our guests receive the highest quality of service and cuisine. You will lead a talented culinary team, implement innovative cooking techniques, and maintain our commitment to excellence in the fast-paced restaurant industry. We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 annually, reflecting the importance of this role in our organization. Responsibilities Develop and design seasonal menus that reflect the brand's vision and guest preferences Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and consistency Manage kitchen staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations Maintain inventory control and manage food costs effectively Collaborate with management on kitchen budget and financial goals Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Engage with guests to receive feedback and enhance their dining experience Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to innovate the menu Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role in a restaurant setting Strong culinary skills with a focus on upscale casual dining Excellent leadership and team management abilities Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creativity and passion for food and hospitality Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
