1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

✨ What You'll Do:

• Assemble industrial aluminum radiators using hand and power tools.
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and build instructions.
• Operate overhead cranes and production machinery.
• Take accurate measurements using a tape measure.
• Work with a small team to build quality products.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

✅ What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of mechanical assembly experience.
• 1+ year of machine operating experience.
• 3+ years of experience using power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure.
• Overhead crane experience preferred.
• Stable work history and strong attention to detail.

⭐ Bonus Qualifications:

• Assembly or fabrication shop experience.
• Experience with industrial equipment or radiator assembly.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of KENOSHA, WI.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
