What you'll do:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the East * Provide onsite training, troubleshooting, and testing for plastic, steel, and aluminum closures * Build and maintain long-term customer relationships * Manage your own schedule and workload effectively

You'll need to have:

* High school diploma or equivalent * 5 years of mechanical knowledge * Ability to travel 90% of the time * Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
