Your New Role

The company is seeking a motivated Field Engineer to support field operations on major civil and infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fastpaced job site environments and enjoys working closely with superintendents, project managers, subcontractors, and agency inspectors. You will assist with layout, field coordination, documentation, quality control, and daily reporting-playing a key role in ensuring the project is built accurately, safely, and according to plan.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 2-4+ years of experience as a Field Engineer or Project Engineer in civil, infrastructure, or heavy construction.
• Experience supporting field operations on publicsector or agencydriven projects (DDC, DEP, ConEd, DOT, etc.) is a strong plus.
• Ability to read drawings, assist with layout, track quantities, and support daily field documentation
• Strong organizational skills and comfort working in active job site conditions
• Familiarity with RFI logs, submittals, daily reports, and qualitycontrol procedures
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with field staff and management
• Proficiency with construction software (Bluebeam, Procore, AutoCAD, or similar) is beneficial.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
