Accounts Payable Associate

Job Summary: The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for managing all payment activities across the various entities.Duties/Responsibilities:Daily handling of vendor invoices and monitoring accounting email inboxAccurately review, code, and process vendor invoices for multiple companiesReconcile vendor statementsUpload vendor invoices to driveCommunicate with the purchasing department when there are PO discrepanciesCode and enter company credit cards monthly.Support other accounting functions as neededResponsible for additional duties and accountabilities that will be assigned as needed.Required Skills/Abilities:Microsoft Office Suite experience requiredStrong communication skillsStrong organizational skills, detailed oriented and able to work well in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter and team playerMicrosoft Dynamics 365 experience a plusEducation and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience preferred, but not required2–3 years of general accounting experiencePhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerAbility to lift 15 pounds #J-18808-Ljbffr The Recreational Group
