Senior Employment Attorney Requirements & Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in California

510 years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on wage and hour, class action, or PAGA claims

Demonstrated ability to independently manage discovery, conduct depositions, and handle motion practice in complex litigation

Advanced legal writing and research skills, including drafting dispositive motions, briefs, and appellate-level documents

Proven ability to manage multiple active cases, meet deadlines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Senior Employment Attorney Preferred Background & Skills:

Experience in plaintiff-side employment litigation or transition from defense with relevant case exposure

Strong knowledge of California labor laws, class action procedures, and a proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for employee advocacy
