Patient Services Coordinator - Front Desk & Scheduling
US Tech Solutions
US Tech Solutions is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist in Wilmington, NC to greet patients, handle payments, answer phones, and schedule follow-ups per provider requests. This is a contract role with an expected duration of 3+ months. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of outpatient clinic or medical office experience, plus Epic clerical training and strong customer service skills.
