Assembler Highlights:

Pay: $16.50 per hour

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
Occasional half-day OT on Friday
Temp-to-hire opportunity after 520 hours

Assembler Job Responsibilities:

Assemble products according to work instructions
Work within an assigned production team to meet daily production goals
Follow standard work procedures to maintain quality and productivity
Support continuous improvement efforts within the production area

Assembler Job Qualifications:

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience using hand and power tools preferred
Ability to read and follow work instructions
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
Lean Manufacturing or 5S experience is a plus
