Purpose: The Intake Specialist is the first and most critical point of contact for personal injury law firm prospective clients. This role is sales-driven and focused on converting inbound leads into signed clients. Working closely with team leads and management, the Intake Specialist evaluates potential claims, builds rapport, overcomes objections, and confidently guides qualified individuals through the sign-up process. This position requires strong closing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based call center environment. Compassion, persistence, and follow-through are essential to successfully convert opportunities while delivering an exceptional client experience. Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $19 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, plus discretionary bonus opportunities and benefits. This is a full-time, in-person position in our Lake Mary, Florida . We are hiring for first and second shift team members. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary sales contact for inbound leads and inquiries. Confidently present next steps and close qualified prospects over the phone. Handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining conversion goals. Follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, chat, and text to drive sign-ups. Overcome objections and build urgency to secure commitments. Coordinate intake appointments with attorneys when needed. Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system. Deliver a high-quality client experience that drives satisfaction and referrals. Proven sales ability with strong closing skills. Comfortable working toward performance metrics and conversion goals. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management and follow-up discipline. Confident, persuasive, and resilient mindset. Sound judgment and professional discretion. Education & Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, call center, customer service, or client-facing roles. Experience in a high-volume inbound sales environment strongly preferred.
