Forensic Intake & Evaluation Specialist
South County Mental Health Center, Inc.
South County Mental Health Center, Inc. seeks an Intake & Evaluation Screener to support diversion, linkage and care coordination for individuals involved with criminal justice and behavioral health systems. This role helps clients access appropriate levels of mental health care, reduces unnecessary state hospital admissions, and coordinates transitions back into the community.
