2nd Shift Welder 

4:00 pm – 2:00 am Monday - Thursday

Intercomp Company, a worldwide leader in manufacturing weighing systems for the aerospace, automotive, industrial, agricultural, and military industries, is looking for a welder. Do you have at least one year of welding experience? Are you comfortable working with aluminum and steel? The ideal candidate will have excellent attendance, be able to lift to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand or sit for periods of time. Must be able to work independently, read prints and layout jobs.  

Additional duties may include:  

Weld on a variety of aluminum and steel  

Study blueprints and sketches to set up requirements.  

Perform quality checks.  

Maintain a safe and organized work environment.  

Complete work in a timely manner and on schedule  

Perform other work tasks as assigned.  

Requirements include:  

Experience MIG welding on aluminum.  

Ability to successfully pass a background and pre-employment physical.  

Ability to pass a preliminary welding test.  

Excellent setting up skills.
