Summary of Performance Expectations. Meets all customer service needs for cafeteria guests and medical center employees. Education and Credentials: Required High school diploma or equivalent, supplemented with knowledge of food preparation procedures and excellent customer service skills. Preferred Formal training in institutional cooking methods and sanitation procedures. Basic computer skills. Work Experience: Required Six months experience in restaurant or institutional food service required. Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the job within three months of employment date. Preferred
