Labor and Delivery RN - Kansas | Full-Time Nights | $30-$36.50/hr

• Licenses/Certifications: Kansas RN license required; BLS, ACLS, Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP), PALS, and Fetal Heart Monitoring required within specified timeframes
• Experience: New grads welcome; previous labor/delivery experience preferred but not required

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $30.00 - $36.50
• Shift Differentials: Evening ($2.30/h), Night ($3.75/h), Weekend ($3.00/h)

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum
• Monitor fetal heart rates and respond to fetal distress
• Administer medications, IVs, and assist with procedures as needed
• Educate patients on postpartum care and newborn health
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe delivery and high-quality patient outcomes
• Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic medical records
• Support patients and families through labor and delivery process

What You Need

• Valid Kansas RN license
• BLS certification (required within two weeks)
• ACLS, PALS, NRP, and Fetal Heart Monitoring certifications (will need to obtain within specified timeframes)
• Prior experience in labor and delivery nursing preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work nights and rotating weekends
