Payroll Professional

Manage all aspects of payroll for a large, Omaha-based company with 1000+ employees. Your responsibilities include: Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees located in several states and Canada. Providing excellent customer service to employees and other stakeholders, including responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Managing a small team of high-caliber payroll professionals, including training, coaching, and performance management. Integrating acquisitions into the company's payroll system, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Identifying opportunities for process improvement to streamline payroll processes and increase efficiency. Maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in all payroll-related activities. Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including tax law, labor law, and wage and hour laws. Take ownership of payroll management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while seeking continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency.
