Senior Manager, Internal Communications

To enhance team engagement and communication, the full-time salaried Senior Manager, Internal Communications will develop and implement strategies, manage internal communication channels, and support company-wide events while collaborating with leadership and HR teams. Key responsibilities Develop and execute an internal communications strategy aligned with company goals and values Manage the internal communications calendar and create compelling content for various channels Collaborate on and support the execution of virtual and in-person company events Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field 7+ years of experience in internal or employee communications, preferably in sports or live entertainment Proven success in creating and executing communication strategies for complex organizations Strong strategic and creative thinking skills to translate business objectives into communications Highly organized with strong project management skills
