HVAC Field Onboarding & Retention Specialist

Nextech

Nextech, America's largest HVAC/R service provider, is seeking a Field Onboarding Specialist to own the onboarding of technicians and coordinate their first days across offices. You will ensure compliance, safety, and training is documented while partnering with HR, IT, and operations to enable timely access to systems and resources. The role requires strong organizational skills, data-driven decision making, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Nextech
