We are looking for an experienced and dependable Butcher to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality, cleanliness, and customer service and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, debone, and prepare meat according to company standards.
• Prepare steaks, chops, roasts, ground meat, and other products.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Package, label, and properly store meat products.
• Inspect meat for quality, freshness, and proper appearance.
• Assist customers with meat selections and special orders.
• Maintain proper inventory and communicate product needs.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements.
