- Corte y Despiece: Cortar, deshuesar, rebanar y preparar piezas de carne de cerdo de acuerdo con las especificaciones y estándares de la empresa.
- Uso de Maquinaria: Operar de manera segura sierras de cinta, moledoras, rebanadoras industriales y demás herramientas de carnicería.
- Maximizar Rendimiento: Realizar cortes precisos para garantizar el máximo aprovechamiento del producto y reducir el desperdicio.
- Control de Calidad: Inspeccionar la frescura, textura y aspecto de la carne antes y después del procesamiento.
- Higiene y Normativa USDA: Cumplir estrictamente con las normas de inocuidad alimentaria, mantener el área de trabajo desinfectada y seguir las pautas de seguridad e higiene industrial.
