Texas Licensed Small Business Sales Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support the growth of small businesses, the full-time Texas Licensed Small Business Sales Specialist will acquire new clients with 10-50 employees by selling a comprehensive group benefits portfolio, focusing on relationship building and collaboration with internal partners, while working remotely in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Key responsibilities: Achieve individual sales goals exceeding $3,000,000 annually through effective sales strategies Develop and maintain relationships with insurance brokers, general agents, and consultants to enhance business opportunities Prospect new clients and create a strategic business plan for the designated territory, utilizing remote engagement methods Required qualifications: 1-2 years of insurance or related sales experience, preferably in group insurance Life, Accident, and Health insurance license preferred Working knowledge of benefits technology Strong marketplace awareness with the ability to build and maintain local networks Experience in consultative/value selling and negotiation skills
