Reagent Sales Specialist (Texas)

Bio-Techne seeks a field-based reagent sales specialist to drive protein science product sales across Texas accounts, including pharmaceutical, academic, and government organizations. The role combines consultative selling with territory management and CRM administration.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets through consultative selling methods and account development
Conduct field-based customer visits 4 days per week across assigned Texas territory
Identify and recommend product solutions based on customer needs and industry knowledge
Maintain detailed customer information and sales forecasting in Salesforce CRM
Execute account management strategies to grow existing and new customer relationships

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in biological, medical, or life science field
Minimum 3 years of life sciences sales experience
Experience selling research reagents or life science consumables
Consultative selling experience in scientific environments
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office applications
Valid driver's license; ability to visit customers 4 days per week
Deep understanding of laboratory techniques, reagents, and pharmaceutical research methods

Compensation: $83,400.00 - $137,100.00 base, plus commission
