Kevin's Plumbing & Heating is expanding our search for experienced HVAC professionals throughout central North Dakota.

Our operation is based in Minot, North Dakota , and we're interested in connecting with skilled HVAC technicians from the Bismarck area who are open to commuting or relocating for the right long-term opportunity. Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential and commercial HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical system issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
• Repair and replace HVAC components as needed
• Explain repair recommendations and solutions to customers
• Complete accurate work orders and service documentation
• Follow company safety procedures and industry standards

Qualifications

• EPA Certification required
• Three or more years of HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation & Benefits

$26.00-$32.00 per hour , depending on experience
