Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a skilled BCBA or LBS supporting elementary school students near Allentown, PA. Three onsite professionals are needed to collaborate across multiple buildings within a supportive and welcoming environment for the 2026 academic year. In this role, you’ll make a direct impact on young learners by developing and implementing customized behavior intervention strategies and partnering closely with both school staff and families.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania BCBA or LBS certification required
• Prior experience in school-based settings or working with elementary-age children is highly desirable
• Strong communication and consultation abilities
• Flexibility to travel between various school sites throughout the week
• Organizational skills to effectively manage multiple caseloads and changing schedules

Primary Responsibilities:

• Delivery of behavioral assessments, program development, and intervention planning for elementary students in need
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to address behavioral and educational goals
• Provide guidance, training, and support to instructional staff on the implementation of behavior plans
• Adapt to a weekly schedule that may involve working at different locations each day within the district
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive documentation and regularly communicate student progress
• Participate in team meetings, including an introductory interview and a follow-up session with the team lead to ensure the right fit and caseload alignment

This position offers a consistent 35-hour work week with set daily hours from 8:15am to 3:45pm, spanning from late August to early June.
