Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This engaging contract opportunity is available for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who hold active Pennsylvania certificates and are ready to work onsite across multiple elementary locations. Your expertise and adaptability will help ensure students receive the high-quality support they deserve.

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification with Pennsylvania licensure required
• Experience working in elementary school environments strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and collaborate with a variety of teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in conducting functional behavioral assessments and developing/monitoring behavior intervention plans

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavioral assessment, analysis, and intervention strategies to elementary-aged students
• Visit multiple school buildings as assigned, with weekly schedules that may vary in location
• Collaborate closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, and school administrators to develop and implement individual behavior plans
• Support staff in the delivery of interventions and ongoing monitoring of student progress
• Participate in meetings with administration and team leads to discuss caseload needs and best-fit assignments
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all district and legal guidelines

• A full-time, 35-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, 8:15am–3:45pm, from late August through early June
