Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to a rewarding, contract-based opportunity supporting elementary school students in a dynamic educational setting near Whitehall, PA. Collaborate with a supportive administrative team and play a vital role in guiding positive behavioral outcomes throughout the district. This contract spans from August 24, 2026, to June 10, 2027, offering full-time hours across the academic year.

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania BCBA or LBS certification is required
• Experience in school-based settings with elementary-aged students preferred
• Flexibility to travel between different school buildings as needed
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for helping students achieve their best through evidence-based behavioral strategies

Responsibilities:

• Work on-site across multiple elementary campuses (not all 11 schools, rotating as assigned)
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Consult with teachers, staff, and administrators to support a positive learning environment
• Deliver direct services, observations, and staff training as needed
• Adapt to a weekly schedule that may include varied school assignments, optimizing service reach
• Maintain timely documentation and progress reports
• Participate in an engaging two-phase interview process: an initial conversation with administration followed by a team lead meet-and-greet to ensure a great match
