Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact working as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) supporting elementary students in a dynamic school environment. This contract opportunity covers the academic year from August 24, 2026, through June 10, 2027, with a 35-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, from 8:15 am to 3:45 pm. Collaborate across multiple elementary buildings, tailoring support for diverse student needs and joining a supportive administrative team dedicated to student success.

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active Pennsylvania certification (BCBA or LBS required)
• Experience providing behavioral analysis or therapeutic interventions within school settings, preferably at the elementary level
• Ability to adapt and work confidently across different school sites
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary staff and participate in developing individualized caseloads

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver onsite behavioral analysis services or behavior intervention plans to elementary-aged students
• Support various school locations throughout the week, based on an evolving schedule
• Collaborate with administration and educational teams to assess needs and create best-fit caseloads
• Participate in a two-stage interview, meeting with administration as well as the team lead
• Document progress, update intervention plans, and communicate effectively with staff and families
