Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Job Title: BCBA / Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) – Full-Time
Near: Bethlehem, PA 18017
Job Type: Full-time, 35 hours/week
Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania BCBA Certification or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential required
- On-site position
Job Details:
- 2026–2027 School Year (August 24, 2026 – June 10, 2027)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 3:45 PM
- Collaborate with educators and support teams to implement evidence-based behavioral strategies
- Participate in student evaluations, intervention planning, and behavior support services
- Interview process includes an initial interview with administration followed by a meet-and-greet with the team lead
Compensation:
- $40+/hour
