You will have the opportunity to sharpen your skills with Western.Job Description:This entry-level to early-career position works closely with HVAC Journeyman and lead Installers while learning proper installation techniques, safety standards, and trade skills. The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, and interested in building a long-term career in the HVAC trade.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the installation of residential HVAC systems in new commercial constructionSupport installation of furnaces, air handlers, condensers, ductwork, refrigerant lines, and related componentsLoad, stage, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sitesFollow mechanical plans, work orders, and supervisor instructionsMaintain job site cleanliness and organizationComply with all safety policies, OSHA standards, and company proceduresObserve and learn proper HVAC installation techniques and best practicesAccurately complete assigned job documentation as directedCommunicate effectively with crew members and supervisorsQualifications:Entry-level HVAC experience or trade school coursework preferred but not requiredInterest in pursuing an HVAC apprenticeship or journeyman career pathMechanical aptitude and willingness to learnAbility to use hand and power tools safely (training provided)Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving recordReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, and on laddersAbility to work outdoors and in varying weather conditionsOSHA 10 certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)Benefits:Health insuranceDental insuranceEmployee discountPaid time offTraditional 401K + Roth IRA with 4% Employer matchTuition reimbursement #J-18808-Ljbffr
