Business Analyst Automation Anywhere

Intersources Inc. is looking for a Business Analyst with expertise in Automation Anywhere to drive process automation initiatives and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, define requirements, and support the successful implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation using Automation Anywhere.
• Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine RPA requirements and process workflows.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to design efficient, scalable automation solutions.
• Define process optimization strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend automation enhancements.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate automation performance and effectiveness.
• Provide training and support to end-users for deployed automation solutions.
• Track automation metrics and report on ROI and efficiency gains.
• Stay updated on Automation Anywhere advancements and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in RPA, process automation, or digital transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere and familiarity with bot development lifecycles.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping, reengineering, and optimization.
• Experience with data analysis, workflow design, and requirements documentation.
• Proficiency in tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN modeling.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, and scripting (Python, JavaScript, or VBScript) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Automation Anywhere Business Analyst Certification (preferred).
