About the Company We're hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) — and if you're passionate about AI, automation, and shaping the future of enterprise technology, read on. About the Role As they scale their go‑to‑market motion, they're looking for a driven BDR to fuel their growth engine. Responsibilities — What you'll do Drive outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn Identify and qualify leads aligned to their AI & managed services portfolio Schedule high‑quality meetings for senior sales partners Research target accounts and decision‑makers at mid‑market & enterprise companies Manage pipeline activity in CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot) Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams on campaigns Qualifications — What we're looking for 2–5 years of BDR/SDR or inside sales experience Background in IT services, consulting, or managed services Proven cold calling & outbound lead gen skills for the US market Strong communicator who thrives in a target‑driven environment Bonus: exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation deals Location California Equal Opportunity Statement Equal Opportunity Statement #J-18808-Ljbffr
