Position OverviewWe are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level HR Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Receptionist. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in human resources and office administration.No extensive experience is required. We are willing to train the right person. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.This position will start at approximately 30 hours per week during training, with the opportunity to move into a full-time role as training is completed.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Duties:Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional mannerAnswer and direct phone callsHandle incoming and outgoing mailKeep the front office clean and organizedHR Support:Assist with new hire onboarding and paperworkHelp maintain employee files and recordsSupport timekeeping and basic administrative tasksAssist with scheduling interviews and orientationsOffice Support:Order office supplies and keep inventory stockedAssist with general office tasks and organizationSupport management with day-to-day administrative needsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong communication and people skillsBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)Organized, dependable, and detail- orientedWillingness to learn and take directionAbility to handle confidential information professionallyCompensationStarting pay is $17 to $19 per hour based on experienceOpportunity for pay increase after 90 days based on performanceWhat We OfferOn-the-job trainingOpportunity to grow into HR or office management rolesSupportive team environmentStable position with potential for full-time hours
