Dental receptionist / admin

4 days per week 7:15 am to 4:15 pm with an hour for lunch. Office generally sees 16-20 patients per day. Duties include answering the phone and scheduling patients, greeting patients as they arrive in the office, and checking patients out/collecting fees at the end of their appointment. Previous experience in a dental office and knowledge of Dentrix dental software is a plus

full-time $18 - $25 per hour

Salary is determined by skills and experience

4 days per week (Tuesday thru Friday) - occasional Mondays

• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
• Dentrix
• Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant

Those with the following experience:
Previous experience as a receptionist/administrative front desk person in dental office preferred
Knowledge and use of Dentrix dental software and dental terminology a plus
Good communication skills and pleasant personality
Registered dental assistant experience a plus
