We are seeking a dedicated Pre-K Teacher Assistant to help us deliver a high-quality educational experience to every 3- and 4-year-old child in our care. Key Responsibilities: Support the Lead Teacher in implementing engaging daily activities and lesson plans.

Provide constant supervision to ensure all children are safe, both indoors and outdoors.

Foster a positive learning environment through respectful communication and interaction with children at their level.

Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation, toileting, hand-washing, and maintaining a clean, organized classroom.

Build strong, collaborative relationships with parents, families, and colleagues.

Participate in staff development, training, and key events like parent-teacher conferences.

Qualifications & Requirements: High School Diploma required; a CDA or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.

Must be able to clear a background check (CARI and CH).

Current First Aid/CPR certification and up-to-date health/TB screenings are required.

Must register in the NJCCIS registry.

Previous experience in an early childhood setting is a plus.

The physical ability to lift children, stand for long periods, and sit on child-sized furniture.
