Ellizabetta | La Strega brings together Italian culinary tradition, handmade pastas, and a whimsical, modern spirit. As part of the Apéro / La Bohème family, the restaurant continues a legacy of intimate dining rooms, elevated technique, and imaginative cuisine. Italian with a little magic.

We are building our opening back‑of‑house team and seeking passionate, skilled, and collaborative individuals excited to help shape this new concept from day one.

We are hiring for all BOH roles, including:

• Sous Chef

• Line Cooks (Garde Manger, Hot Line, Pasta Station)

• Prep Cooks

• Pasta Makers / Sfoglini

• Dishwashers / Stewards

• Fine dining or elevated casual experience preferred

• Foundation in Italian cuisine; pasta‑making skills a major plus

• Strong work ethic and a calm, collaborative presence

• High standards for consistency, cleanliness, and organization

• Passion for seasonal cooking, regional Italian flavors, and thoughtful technique

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven kitchen

• Commitment to excellence, hospitality, and guest experience

• Execute dishes with precision and consistency

• Support daily prep systems, mise en place, and kitchen organization

• Maintain food safety standards, cleanliness, and station readiness

• Collaborate with the culinary team on specials, pasta development, and seasonal menu changes

• Uphold the culture of respect, craft, and professionalism that defines our restaurants

Sous Chef candidates will additionally support menu development, training, leadership, inventory, and daily operations.

Ellizabetta | La Strega will operate Tuesday through Saturday for lunch and Tuesday through Sunday for dinner service.

• Competitive hourly rates for cooks, pasta makers, prep, and dish positions

• Sous Chef salary range: $62,000–$68,000
