Middle School Office Clerk

Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, perform a variety of responsible clerical and secretarial functions in support of a middle school office; maintain accurate attendance records and contact parents for absences and verifications; greet and assist visitors to the school office.

• Typing Certificate (Must attach a certificate verifying typing speed of 35 (net) words per minute on a 5 minute timed test at the time the application is submitted. Typing certificates will only be accepted from business organizations/institutions that verify completion of a 5-minute timed writing, state gross words per minute, number of errors, and indicate a minimum of 35 (net) words per minute. Internet and high school typing tests will not be accepted.)
