We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our team and support our day-to-day accounting operations. This role combines accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial analysis, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and keeping financial records accurate. Reporting directly to our Controller, you'll play an important role in maintaining efficient accounting processes and supporting our company's financial operations.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily accounts payable activities, including reviewing vendor invoices, verifying supporting documentation, and preparing transactions for payment.
• Perform three-way matching by comparing vendor invoices against purchase orders and receiving records to confirm accuracy before processing payments.
• Coordinate vendor payments, monitor outstanding invoices, and maintain accurate accounts payable records.
• Support accounts receivable activities by applying incoming payments, reviewing customer account activity, and ensuring transactions are recorded correctly.
• Complete account reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies across invoices, payments, and financial records.
• Research billing and transaction issues, collaborating with vendors and internal departments to identify and correct errors.
• Use Excel to analyze transaction data, track outstanding items, and support reconciliations and account reviews.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure accounting documentation is complete and organized.
• Work closely with our Controller on daily accounting operations, reporting support, and process improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Must have some experience/exposure to accounts receivable functions.
• Experience with three-way matching.
• Experience working within an ERP system and working knowledge within Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
