Talent Acquisition Intern: Recruit, Source & Onboard

Welltower is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the TA team in the full recruiting lifecycle on a part-time basis. You will help source candidates, coordinate interviews, assist with onboarding, and manage ATS data, while contributing to early-career recruiting initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
