Director, Compensation and Benefits

The Director of Compensation and Benefits is a leadership role responsible for developing and managing competitive compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading a team to attract, retain, and engage top talent across the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits strategies Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations related to compensation and benefits Align compensation and benefits programs with the company's business objectives, culture, and values Provide strategic direction for compensation and benefits initiatives Oversee the execution of compensation and benefits programs Lead and manage a team of professionals in compensation and benefits administration Requirements Developing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits strategies that support the organization s goals and attract, retain, and engage top talent across the globe. Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations related to compensation and benefits programs. Providing strategic direction, overseeing program execution, and leading a team of professionals in compensation and benefits administration.
