You'll be actively involved in every aspect of the quality process, from handling U.S.D.A. and S.S.O.P documentation to conducting tests on our products, including seasonings, batter, breading, and marinades. You'll pull products off the line to ensure that weight, length, and thickness meet customer specifications and perform hourly metal detection checks to maintain product integrity. You'll be part of the team ensuring that GMP practices are followed and help train new QC Technicians to ensure seamless operations.THE QUALIFICATIONSProficiency with computersAdherence to quality and safety guidelinesPhysical ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs in a cold, loud, and fast-moving production environmentBasic math skills with the ability to use a calculator to determine percentages and averagesGreat communications skills, both written and verbalStrong organization and time management skillsTeam playerExperience in the food industry is preferred but not required for this 2nd Shift Quality Control Technician position.APPLY NOW!Our initial application process is quick, easy, and mobile-friendly.
