Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianThe Maintenance Technician installs, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, and facility structures. This role requires strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, and troubleshooting skills.Key Responsibilities:Inspect, test, and maintain machinery and equipmentPerform preventive maintenance and address potential issuesRepair machines; install new or rebuilt partsClean and lubricate mechanical componentsRepair/replace gauges, valves, regulators, and related equipmentMaintain facility structures and equipmentOperate machine tools (mill, lathe, grinder, drill)Perform cutting/welding tasksFabricate or repair work surfaces and structuresCollaborate with other departments, vendors, and suppliersFollow safety policies and report hazardsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years maintenance experienceStrong mechanical aptitudeAbility to use DVM for voltage, current, and resistanceAble to read hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical schematics & blueprintsBasic PLC and machine control knowledgeStrong problem-solving skills; able to work independentlyBasic math, reading, and writing skillsAble to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to maintain forklift, crane, aerial lift, and LOTO permitsGeneral knowledge of metal stamping and welding machineryOpenings are on 1st shift 7:00am to 3:30pm and 2nd shift 3:00pm to midnight with overtime as needed.
