Join Our LEGO Agency – the internal Marketing Communications/Creative Agency in the LEGO group. As a Business Partner within Our LEGO Agency, you will be the internal Agency business consultant, stakeholder manager and help the team deliver strategic and creative work that is invincible! Core Responsibilities Drive the LEGO Lead Agency Model (cross‑functional Integrated Agency Teams) on projects – getting integrated, strategic and creative excellence from internal and external partners. Act as business problem solver – the agency’s business knowledge centre, helping teams focus on opportunities and work that will deliver for briefs and the business. Work with global counterparts to ensure campaign cohesiveness. Onboard, evaluate and sharpen briefs coming into the agency, while working with Project Management to ensure projects are delivered on time and on brief. Collaborate with partners across the organization as well as externally. Indirectly lead teams through project life cycles to ensure Agency output delivers against objectives. Serve as local Business Audience Expert – working in‑year and upstream to help ensure work lands in the US. Be accountable – the voice of the marketers in the agency; accountable for output that is strategic and delivers against objectives. Act as an organizational navigator – ensure creative ideas land in the best way while bringing context of the organisational landscape. Help land the work by understanding people and personalities. Qualifications Background working at an external creative agency with extensive experience in Account Management. Ability to evaluate creative ideas against a business objective & creative brief. Strong skillset in interpersonal relations, communication, diplomacy, leadership, presentation and collaboration skills. Strong understanding of the business & marketplace to drive teams to reach business goals. Mastery of the marketing creative process (strategy, creative, production) as well as Owned, Earned, Shared, and Paid marketing channel approach and mix. Analytical thinking ability / problem‑solving mentality. Location This position will be based at 1001 Boylston St., Boston, MA. A flexible hybrid working model (3 days in office) is provided. Compensation Salary range: $107,885.00 – $161,827.00, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks and organisational constraints.
