Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the company’s marketing initiatives, events, website management, and special projects. This position will work closely with senior management and internal teams to coordinate marketing activities, maintain a professional and consistent company presence, and assist with a variety of projects designed to support business development and organizational goals. Responsibilities Coordinate and support company events, including planning, logistics, invitations, vendor coordination, materials, and follow-up. Assist with the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, campaigns, meetings, presentations, and company activities. Maintain and update the company website, including content, announcements, team information, events, and other updates. Assist in developing and maintaining marketing materials, presentations, brochures, communications, and other company collateral. Help maintain a consistent and professional company brand across website content, marketing materials, events, and communications. Assist with email communications, newsletters, announcements, and other internal or external marketing communications. Support social media and digital marketing activities as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, business administration, or a related field. Bilingual preferred - English & Spanish Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with website content management systems, email marketing platforms, or social media tools is a plus.
