DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Labeling Systems Analyst in New York, NY.Summary:We are seeking an experienced Labeling Systems Analyst to support the maintenance and tracking of product labeling data across a global pharmaceutical environment. This role will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure labeling information is accurate, compliant, and aligned with business needs throughout the product lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:* Labeling Systems Analyst will support labeling data maintenance, tracking, and quality review processes* Coordinate labeling updates and lifecycle management activities* Analyze complex data and provide reporting and business insights* As a Labeling Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance* Identify and resolve process, system, and data quality issues* Support continuous improvement initiatives related to labeling operationsRequirements* Bachelor's degree required* 8+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated environment* Experience in Labeling, Regulatory Affairs, or related functions* Strong business analytics and data management experience* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment* Experience with labeling, document management, or regulatory tracking systems preferred* Knowledge of global regulatory processes and compliance standards is a plusJob TypeContractCompensation75 - $85
