Position Overview The Project Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for project execution from order handoff through project completion. This role serves as the communication link between customers, sales, engineering, procurement, production, field service, and accounting to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with customer requirements. The Project Coordinator is responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking milestones, coordinating internal resources, monitoring project schedules, processing change orders, and assisting with customer communications. Duties And Responsibilities Create and maintain project files, records, and documentation Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines Maintain project status reports and dashboards Serve as a primary point of contact for routine customer inquiries Communicate project schedules, shipment dates, and status updates Schedule internal project review meetings Attend daily production meetings Weekly front end schedule review Assist with processing customer purchase orders Track project budgets and committed costs Monitor progress payment schedules and billing milestones Assist with preparation of change orders and project amendments Coordinate invoicing requirements with accounting Track customer approvals and project deliverables Maintain accurate project records in ERP and project management systems Coordinate shipment schedules and delivery requirements Track material availability and production schedules Support field service mobilization and scheduling activities May perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent 2+ years of project coordination, administrative, customer service, or operations experience preferred Experience in manufacturing, construction, industrial, engineering, or technical environments preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong attention to detail and follow-through Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Experience with ERP, CRM, and project management software preferred Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Basic understanding of project scheduling and budgeting principles Strong problem-solving and customer service skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Solarcraft, Inc.
