Lead marketing and growth at EQORE. Scale the outbound engine that built our customer base, build the brand that brings customers to us, and own pipeline as we expand nationally. About the role EQORE has a clear customer and a sales motion that works. We sell to manufacturers and industrial facilities spending $10K+ a month on electricity, our systems are running in three states, and a disciplined outbound program has built our pipeline from day one. The next phase is about scale: many times the pipeline, new states and utility territories, and a brand buyers already recognize when we reach out. This role exists to lead that growth. You’ll own pipeline and marketing for the company: multiply a proven outbound engine, build the marketing function around it, and open the channels that carry us into new markets. You’ll build and lead the team that does it. What you’ll do Own pipeline targets and the growth plan for the company, across outbound, marketing, and partners. Scale our outbound program across our customer profile: volume, sequencing, messaging, enrichment, and deliverability. Build EQORE’s marketing function: brand, positioning, website, content, and customer case studies built on real savings from our fleet. Run campaigns across email, LinkedIn, events, trade shows, and paid channels, and measure what each one returns. Launch partner and channel marketing with EPCs, installers, utilities, and industry associations. Plan go-to-market for each new state and utility territory, from messaging to launch. Hire, coach, and lead BDRs and AEs, with a clean handoff so no qualified lead stalls. Work with our sales-automation engineer on the stack, lead scoring, attribution, and reporting. What you’ll bring 5+ years in B2B growth or marketing, with direct ownership of a pipeline number. A record of scaling a proven outbound motion and building marketing around it at a high-growth company. Hands-on command of both outbound (list building, sequencing, deliverability) and marketing (brand, content, campaigns, events). Experience hiring and managing BDRs and AEs. An analytical, experiment-driven approach: you know your funnel and channel economics cold. Clear, concrete writing that gets replies and builds a brand. Fluency with AI and automation tools that multiply what a team can do. Nice to have Marketing to manufacturers or industrial facilities, C&I energy or solar, channel and partner programs, HubSpot, Clay or similar enrichment tools, account-based marketing, or launching in new regions.
