Job Summary
Critical Care Pharmacist, Inpatient (PHARM IP) The organization is seeking a dedicated Critical Care Pharmacist to provide specialized medication management within the Emergency Department (ED) or Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This role involves participating in codes and traumas, supporting patient care around the clock, and collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize clinical outcomes.

Job Details

• Position Description: Critical Care ED Pharmacist. Shift options include Evenings (12:30 PM - 9:00 PM), Swing shift (2:00 PM - 12:30 AM), and possible day shifts (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) for those with rounding experience.
• Schedule: Nights shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), PGY2 Critical Care or Emergency Department residency training, or 5 years of clinical care experience in ICU and/or ED. Board certification in Critical Care Pharmacy (BCCCP or BCEMP).
• Additional Information: Candidates with experience participating in codes and traumas are preferred. The position is available 7 days per week to support 24/7 staffing needs.
