Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally informed mental health assessments to identify patients' unique experiences and tailor appropriate treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions suited to the individual’s personal and cultural context, ensuring effective mental health support.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, addressing various mental health concerns and fostering growth and resilience among patients.

• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide integrated care for patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing acute mental health crises.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them on their healing journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with both legal and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in case conferences, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and cultural competence.

• Stay updated on current research, best practices, and cultural considerations relevant to mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• A deep knowledge of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• A demonstrated ability to apply culturally responsive and inclusive approaches in both individual and group therapy settings.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the capacity to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a proven track record of building rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
