Inspired Homecare a 5-Star Agency ACHC Accredited has an Opening for an RN Clinical Quality Manager - Hybrid position; out office is centrally located in Wheaton IL. We use Wellsky/Kinnser EMR and a coding company and SHP to monitor quality outcomes. Responsibilities:* EMR Review and processing of clinical documentation for compliance* Education/Training of clinicians* Coordination of Care; MDs/SWs/DC Planners/Clinicians* Reviewing referrals for clinical acceptance* QAPI performance Improvement* Care Team Conference* Transmitting OASIS* Oversight of clinical and services* ACHC Accredited, IL Licensed Agency for Home Health and Home Care* Clinical Coverage* Clinical Competencies/ReviewsQualifications:* Registered Nurse (RN) with current state license* 2-3 years of home health experience required* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills* CPR Certification, valid driver's license and auto insuranceWhy Inspired Homecare* On site 24/7 recruitment and HR* Flexibility, work life balanceInspired Homecare is committed to delivering exceptional care with compassion, integrity, and respect.
