Sr. Helpdesk Technician

Role Overview We are seeking a highly proficient, service-oriented Sr. Helpdesk Technician to resolve technical issues promptly, completely, and correctly. The ideal candidate combines hands‑on technical skills with a customer‑service mindset, exceptional thoroughness, and meticulous attention to detail. What You Will Do Serve as the escalation point for end‑user technical issues, own and prioritize a personal ServiceNow ticket queue, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and access problems, and administer user accounts and security groups.
